It doesn’t seem that long ago that RE/MAX of Longmont was big news for innovative methods, breaking sales records and moving into a new shiny building at 17th and Hover. In reality, how time has flown. That was November 1986! RE/MAX grew and matured in that building and now the time has come again to make headlines with a new name RE/MAX Traditions and a move to a state of the art facility at 2204 18th Avenue, Longmont. The new 17,150 square foot building is tastefully designed with the client, agent and staff member in mind.

The spacious building is designed for today’s real estate industry. The building will accommodate agents who work alone as well as those with assistants or teams. Clients will be greeted by a very capable and professional staff and feel at home in the reception area. Closings and client meetings will be very comfortable in the spacious meeting rooms. The overall ambiance of the surroundings is a delicate balance of homey and comfortable, yet efficient and functional.

Complimentary classes will be offered to the public on a variety topics and information on upcoming subjects will be found on the website www. RemaxTraditionsHome.com.

The facility is an important part of the success of the company but the agents and staff are the heart and soul of RE/MAX Traditions and the secrets to its successes. RE/MAX Traditions agents have an average of 16 years of experience and their client’s benefit in many ways from this broad base of knowledge. “We have seen and solved every conceivable problem and weathered many markets and we will be in business many years to come. You can expect outstanding results and we will prove it” said Carol Cizek, Broker Owner.

COUNT ON THE HOME TEAM
It is true that RE/MAX Traditions is not the largest company in number of agents with 45 full-time professionals, but if you measure greatness and success by individual productivity and experience, this company is the champion. RE/MAX Traditions has 688 years of combined experience that the public can count on. What does that mean to the home-buyer or seller? These professionals work with buyers and sellers on every front. Whether the client is moving across town or across the country, buying their first home, dealing with credit issues, facing a foreclosure, seeking an “empty nest” location, or any other scenario, RE/MAX Traditions can bring experience and expertise to the transaction. They have systems in place, know how to manage a transaction so it is smooth and successful and protect your bottom line. Experience is a powerful predictor of success. Plus, they have a database full of people who are interested in buying or selling, thus a captive audience. One of the mainstays of RE/MAX Traditions is an abundance of education, keeping everyone current on the latest issues and methods.

PAYING IT FORWARD
“Community-centered” is a word that very accurately describes many aspects of RE/MAX Traditions. Cizek said, “We live, work, send our children and grandchildren to school here. We are committed to the quality of life in this area. This isn’t just a “new market” to us…it is home.” RE/MAX Traditions agents are involved both personally and collectively in a plethora of organizations including but not limited to Tiny Tim, Inn Between, Relay for Life, Art Walk, OctoberFest, Rhythm on the River, Pumpkin Patch and many more. RE/MAX Traditions is a proud sponsor of the Women’s Expo at the Radisson Hotel on March 25, 2006

Another way RE/MAX Traditions is giving back is by helping new agents learn the real estate ropes with their new mentoring program. The premise is simple: our experienced agents nurture and teach newer agents with specialized information and on the job training. Learning how to be a productive and profitable real estate professional is a daunting task. What could be better that learning from the best, what it takes to be successful and provide top quality representation in today’s complicated marketplace?

RE/MAX Traditions is also a valuable resource for folks needing information or direction about real estate or a potential move or a new area. The new building is equipped with a Resource Center, which is a tool that the community can use free of charge or obligation to find out information, research an area, its schools and neighborhoods. The Resource Center will also have local information including maps, school and chamber details. The help and information provided will be confidential.

In today’s fast-paced world it is comforting when some things stay reliably the sameā€¦in a great way. The words “top-producing”, “innovative”, “hardworking”, “knowledgeable”, “effective” and “successful negotiators” were words that described the team of professional Realtors at RE/MAX of Longmont 27 years ago and those words are still just as true today. The name of the company and its location have changed but the leadership, core agents and the company’s values remain the same. Call us at (303) 772-3800 for more information or visit us at
